Greetings from Denny, Beryl and Emily Bossman
Now really, Kevin, I always figured you guys were lucky that I was
driving that night in Detroit! Any body else may have lost control of
that car! You young punks were just a bad influence on me, that's all.
Actually, I had almost forgotten about the incident, so thanks for the
reminder!

We are enjoying life in Brandon, South Dakota after living in Rapid City
for seven years in my first call. This has been a big change for us.
There are three of us pastors here at Brandon/SplitRock Lutheran. My
main area of concentration is with Confrimation education (We have 119
kids in classes this year) and in Adult Ed. I most enjoy my Friday
morning Breakfast and Bible Study held at a local Sports Bar and Grill.
It's well attended and we have a good time.
Beryl has retired from teaching and has spent most of the last few weeks
canning tomatoes, making jam and doing all the rest of the stuff that
goes along with bringing in the garden produce. She sings in three
separate choirs at church (traditional choir, the contemporary singers
group, and the smaller "Rise Shine and Praise" singers) She is enjoying
it all.

Emily is now a Freshman at College (Dakota State University) where she
is majoring in Elementary Ed, Special ed, and sleeping. She is active
in college band as well. She has enjoyed playing both the clarinet and
bass clarinet for years. She was on a concert tour for two weeks in
Australia before we moved from Rapid City, Marched in the Fiesta Bowl
Parade in Phoenix Arizona this last New Years, and now she's looking
forward to a more relaxed schedule of pep bands and parade marching in
college.

We're looking forward to hearing from you all! God's blessings to you,
your families, and your ministries.
The B's.
