Steve...I hope you don't mind a suggestion from a retired clergyperson. If, as I remember, the new assistant worship leaders are to be commissioned or consecrated at this conference, I think spending some time on lay ministry would be appropriate. In fact, who better than those newly commissioned to share their fears, motivations, challenges, excitements and plans for lay ministry. I think many of us would be enlightened. Thanks...Jack PS...and then there's always some sharing that could happen about the use of the new Worship Book JHH
