To whomever is chosen to be the next conference dean.

I.ve cancelled having the christian education team come for the ministerium
meeting next week. They would like to reschedule, but the rest of the
meetings are booked.

I told them I would pass the word on to the next dean...but I hate to have
things lingering on my todo list...so I am telling you (whomever) now.
