[Plmconf2] Conference Hearings on the Draft of a Social Statement on Human Sexuality

Greetings!

Please mark your calendars: October 5th has been the date selected by the
conference council to hold hearings in three separate locations - the
purpose of them will be to discuss the Draft Social Statement on Human
Sexuality.  

The hearings will all take place at 3:00p.m.

One hearing will be held at Our Saviour Lutheran Church; Lafayette.

The exact location of the other two hearings has yet to be determined.

The plan is to hold one hearing in the Logansport/Kokomo area, and the other
in the Terre Haute area.  If you are willing to host one of these, please
let Will Peugeot know.

Please publicize this within your own congregation..and if you are a vacancy
pastor, please remember to publicize this event there as well.
