[TCARES 0605] Event Coordination Net, Thursday 8pm

To all that will be assisting with the Wabash River Ride:
An event coordination net will be held Thursday evening at 20:00 on the
WI9RES 147.135 repeater.

We ask that everyone that will be helping on Saturday please join us for
this coordination net, if you can. We will be discussing last minute
details and making sure that you are clear on your job assignment and
responsibilities. Your help with this major communications event is very
much appreciated.

Attached is the route map for this year's event. Please look it over
carefully. I also highly suggest you print it out for your reference on
Saturday.

Also attached is a spreadsheet with the job assignments. Any questions
about it should be directed ASAP to Cheryl, K9HER, at K9HERradio at gmail.com

The weather is expected to be very hot and humid, with a slight chance for
showers late in the day. Please prepare accordingly. A large number of
riders are expected this year. I am looking forward to working with you on
