[TCARES 0718] Web Site Offline

Fellow ARES members,

Please be aware that the W9TCA.com web site is down. The content management
system we were using to build and serve up the site pages is no longer
supported and has been disabled.

We will be looking to build a new web site (using more modern tools) in the
near future. But, in the meantime, we will be without access to our web
site.

Sorry for the inconvenience. It will take some time to get back up and
running, and a much longer period to fully restore the site's contents.
Thanks for being patient and understanding as we work through this issue.
