[TCARES 0768] Siren Test Net Controller hidden benefit

I am scheduled to be net control for this Saturday's Siren Test Net.  I 
will not be able to take the net this time so I must invite any one of 
my fine fellow ARES members to experience this great honor.

Keep in mind that this is a public service activity. Your participation 
may influence the judge in your favor should the need arise. It's better 
than walking the ditches along the highway poking trash with a sharp stick.
