Fellow hams,

TEMA has been in contact with me regarding the monthly siren test. Due to
the current restrictions under COVID-19, and barring any local weather
impacts, they plan to conduct the monthly Outdoor Warning System test this
coming Saturday with the following changes:

   - They are not asking folks to drive to locations to check sirens
   - If you live close to a siren and can hear it’s activation, please
   report via radio like usual

If you are available this coming Saturday morning and can hear a siren from
your location, please check into the net at 10:45 a.m., on the WI9RES
147.135 MHz repeater (131.8 Hz tone), and advise Net Control of which one
you plan to report. The sirens are scheduled to activate at 11:00 a.m.

The list of all sirens and their locations is at www.W9TCA.com on the
downloads page.

We look forward to working with you and other members of the amateur
community to help TEMA collect status reports of the county's warning
sirens on the 1st Saturday of each month. Please consider helping with this
important public service. Thanks and 73.
