 This coming Thursday July 29th at 7:30pm, TCARES will have a virtual
meeting via Zoom platform. Our guest speaker is Oscar Resto KP4RF
who has been Puerto Rico ARRL Section Manager and a key Amateur Radio
operator with the Red Cross during Hurricane Maria
and recent earthquakes in Puerto Rico. Oscar will be talking about
Emergency Communication and his experience.
