 Area Amateur Radio Operators

The annual Wabash River Ride is this Saturday, August 28th.

We need at least 13 hams to crew SAG wagons or stops.

We have only 10 radio operator volunteers so far. Time is fleeting.

In clarification, I feel it is important to have your COVID vacinee.
However, it is not mandatory for you to have your shots or wear masks.
The only drivers sharing a SAG wagon will be with those having family
or close friends as navigators. SAG stop hams should practice social
distancing and / or masks if you feel it necessary.

Repeating the Wabash Bicycle Club's new rules, no club members will
share a SAG wagon. Drivers will be serving as radio operators and
navigators.
The Wagons will be equipped with tools, water, and first aid supplies, but
drivers
will not be responsible for fixing either bicycles or riders.

Please consider this opportunity for using your skills for public service.

I need to know who is volunteering by tomorrow, Wednesday evening.
Let me know whether you want to drive or crew a stop and whether you can
stay the day or only one shift (7:00 am-12:00 or 12:00-5:00 pm).

Thank you for your consideration.
