<br style="line-height:7px"></p><p style="padding:0px;margin:0px;color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:Calibri,Arial,sans-serif;font-size:16px">This new on-line reporting form is replacing the <em><strong>eSpotter</strong></em> system, which is being discontinued. All spotters who were in<em><strong> eSpotter, </strong></em>should immediately start using this on-line reporting form.</p>
