This Week at Purdue Lutheran Ministry

The week of February 26, 2006

WELCOME to PLM's weekly newsletter!  We gather each Tuesday afternoon for
Soup Lunch at 412 Russell Street -- and Sunday evenings at Our Saviour
Lutheran Church for a student led worship at 5:30 and Sunday night supper
afterwards at 6:30.  PLM offices are located at 412 Russell Street - right
in the middle of campus.  Our Saviour Lutheran Church (OSLC) is located on
the corner of Fowler and Vine streets - one block east of the Knoy Hall of
Technology.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

The next PLM planning meeting is Wednesday, March 8th @ 6pm at 330.

Come celebrate Shrove Tuesday with PLM!  Stop by 412 Russell St. around 7pm
on Tuesday, February 28 for pancakes.

PLM will be hosting OSLC's coffee hour on Sunday, March 5th at the new house
(330 W. Fowler).  If you'd like to help prepare our refreshments meet at 412
Russell on Saturday, March 4th at 1pm.

We are starting the process of purging the house at 412 Russell of unwanted
items.  If you'd like to help gather up these items and remove them contact
Pastor Steve to set up a time or come at one of the following times:
Wednesday, March 1st 10a-12p; Friday, March 3rd 10:30a-12:30p; or Monday,
March 6th 3-5p.

If you are interested in helping PLM out with the upcoming move - please
check out the PLM website.  We now have a page - where people can look and
see what needs to be done - and, if interested in anything, they can even
sign up to volunteer online.  If there are any questions related to the
tasks that need doing - feel free to call Pastor Steve at 491-7338

The deadline for signing up on PLM's Relay for Life team is Monday, March
6th.  Relay for Life this year is on April 8 & 9 from 5p.m. to 7a.m at the
Gold Intramural Field.  Our team name is the Bippit Running Reformers-PLM.

The Lutheran Student Movement (LSM) Indiana-Michigan-Ohio-Kentucky (IMOK)
