[Tw-plm] Parking permits available from PLM

OSLC has granted us permission to issue 9 parking permits for the east end
of their parking lot.

The cost has yet to be worked out.  They will be available on a first-come,
first-serve basis.  

If you would like to **reserve your right** to purchase a parking permit
from PLM, please send an email to me: steve@plm.org

Some things to keep in mind.
   ** This permit will "guarantee" you a spot to park on most days.  (Just
like the big-shots at Purdue)
           So, buying our permit means that you won't have to hunt around
for a parking spot - or ride the bus in from the stadium....etc.,
   ** There MAY be days when an event like a funeral means that the parking
lot need to be closed.  
   ** FYI: Funerals and the like are a very rare occurance at OSLC - maybe
1-2 per year  (but they do happen!)
   ** We will try to warn you ahead of time if the parking lot needs to be
closed.
   ** If the lot is closed - there will be limited parking behind PLM that
would be available on a first-come first served basis
