[Tw-plm] Lutheran Student Movement Mid-Winter Retreat - December 28 through January 4th - Signup due by November 7th

If you would like to attend a retreat over Christmas break with PLM - we
need to hear from you by Wednesday, November 7th!!!

Purdue Lutheran Ministry will sponsor up to six students to attend the
Mid-winter Lutheran Student Movement retreat that will be held in Denver,
Colorado over winter break. Participants will gather with college student
from around the nation for fun, fellowship, and discussing topics of common
interest in legislative sessions.  (It is a little like the ELCA National
Youth Gathering - only for college/grad school aged folks.)
REMEMBER: The package below - INCLUDES up to three days of skiing after the
conference (Skiing details have yet to be worked out)
COSTS TO PLAN FOR: 

$300 - but we'll give you $250 back for flight reimbursement  (You book your
ticket and pay for anything over the $250 price)
Limited meals while at the conference.  You will receive $18/day to help
cover your meals while skiing.
You are also expected to raise $100 from your home congregation and/or
others.

ALSO NOTE: A LIMITED NUMBER OF SCHOLARSHIPS ARE AVAILABLE FROM NATIONAL LSM

Key Details
  The conference dates are:  December 28 - January 1 
  Pastor + up to 6 students attending
  If more than 6 sign up - we'll have a drawing to determine places
  Cost of entire event (skiing included)  will be $300 plus a purchasing a
limited number of meals during the conference and incedental costs.
  Students are asked to raise $100 from their home congregation
  students will make their own travel arrangements going/coming
  $250 will be available for flight cost reimbursement
  We plan on skiing for 3 days after the conference - January 2-4
