WELCOME to PLM's weekly newsletter!  PLM's mission on the campus of =
Purdue
is to build a campus Christian community where people grow in faith,
encourage one another in their faith journey, and extend Christ=A1=AFs =
love to
others.  PLM offices are located at 330 West Fowler Avenue, =A8=F6 block =
west
of OSLC.  Our Saviour Lutheran Church (OSLC) is located on the corner of
Fowler and Vine streets - one block east of the Knoy Hall of Technology.
Sunday evening worship for students is at 5:30pm and supper at 6:30pm at
OSLC.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

Christmas Break LSM Retreat and Ski Trip with PLM-- Dec. 28-Jan. 4.  We
need to hear from you by Wednesday, November 7th!!!  PLM will sponsor up =
to
six students to attend the Mid-winter LSM retreat that will be held in
Denver, Colorado.  Costs to plan for: $300 + meals at the conference, =
plane
ticket (student purchases ticket--PLM reimburses each student $250).
Students are expected to raise $100 from their home congregation and/or
others.  ALSO NOTE: A LIMITED NUMBER OF SCHOLARSHIPS ARE AVAILABLE FROM
NATIONAL LSM IF THIS INCREDIBLE DEAL ISN'T GOOD ENOUGH - SO IF YOU ARE =

Visiting Valpo Christmas Vespers is an annual PLM tradition.  This year =

they have scheduled it an hour earlier than in the past=A1=A6and a week =
later.
Friday, December 14th at 8:00p.m. (Eastern time)  This is the Friday of =
our
finals week.  We realize that many will have left town by then - but if =
you
are still interested in reserving a seat (free), please contact the PLM
office by NOVEMBER 14th.  plm@plm.org

If this is your last semester at Purdue, we would like to recognize you =
at
our upcoming worship service on December 2nd.  Please let us know if you
plan on attending worship on December 2nd.  The deadline is November 18.
