This is a message associated with the 2015 Simulated Emergency Test (SET):

Hospitals in the Midwest states started seeing an increase in
self-presenting patients with flu like symptoms a few days ago. National
media outlets are warning the general public of a possible virus outbreak.

Hospitals in major metropolitan areas of Indiana are beginning to see a
large patient volume surge. The hospitals are becoming overwhelmed and
directing the general public to smaller hospitals around the metropolitan
areas. If the surge of patients continues then field hospital shelters will
be deployed in most counties across Indiana. ARES activation is possible to
support the field hospitals.
