This Tuesday, March 21, is the annual statewide tornado test conducted by
the National Weather Service. Like usual, there will be two tests - one in
the morning and one in the evening.
The morning test will be initiated at 10:15. Once the NOAA weather radio
test warning completes on the 147.135 repeater, ARES will conduct a net to
take check-ins.
For the evening, the statewide tornado test is expected to happen at 19:35.
ARES will once again conduct a net following the weather radio
announcement. If TEMA tests the warning sirens at that time, we will also
collect siren reports.
As usual for SKYWARN, the nets will be held on the WI9RES 147.135 repeater.
Thanks.
