[TCARES 0863] ARES Weather guide

Greetings fellow radio nerds,

During this evening's TCARES Zoom meeting Bobby, kp4ci, asked about the 
old weather ruler. I am sending it out to the member list in the one 
attachment to this message. It includes some handy information for use 
during a weather net. It also includes a handy ruler for measuring hail 
size. It has grown from eight inches originally to its current nine. I 
hope that is big enough for any hailstones we may see in this area. 
Print it full size to maintain the accuracy of the scale.

As always, use this guide only for good.
